The Public Art projects that Harbinger Consultants undertake always provide a curatorial framework and strategy that draws out and documents the multi-layered histories of the area/site and its communities of users (both historic and contemporary). These are central to the development of the brief for the artist/s and the ensuring collaborative process between public art curator and artist. John Armstrong is an experienced project manager and has held executive and senior management roles in higher education, enterprise and government. John is Director of Harbinger Consultants which services the arts and culture sectors across Australia. He is particularly active in curating and managing public art.

Linda Carroli, Harbinger Consultants

Linda Carroli is a PhD candidate at QUT researching sustainable transitions and infrastructure systems at the regional scale. She is also a consultant, writer and editor.
